He is engaged with the sales team and customers in both pre- and post-sales process. In the pre-sales process, his goal is to work with customers to identify those product(s) that most closely match their project requirements. In the post-sales cycle, he provides customers with phone, email, and on-site support with product installation and training.
His product responsibilities cover software and hardware, supporting Android, Linux and Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact 7/2013, as it pertains to Digi’s line of embedded product solutions.
His regional responsibility covers Central and Eastern North America.
