I’m an experienced product and technical leader focused on conversational AI, voice assistants, IoT, and data platforms, with a knack for bringing technical and digital products to life, taking concepts from early ideation to production and productization. I’ve been fortunate to serve in product and developer roles. When I’m not leading product teams, you can find me checking in code with the dev team.

My current passion is conversational AI and voice assistants. In 2017, I successfully delivered a new voice assistant customer channel for Best Buy on both Alexa and Google Assistant platforms, taking them from infancy as internal demos to early products. I spend my days nurturing and growing Best Buy’s presence in the voice assistant ecosystem.

I’ve also been known for my work championing data products and standards, including Linked Data and graph technologies, semantic web standards, and most recently, voice-first experiences, all of which have given me the opportunity to speak at numerous industry conferences, universities, and professional panels.
